You need to do the screwdriver to the ear test to figure out which device is failing. You can also take the belt off and spin each one by hand to figure out which one is failing.
We can only offer you a guess.

It could be your tensioner, alternator, crank pulley (we don't technically have a harmonic balancer) or your belt is loose.

Start by checking your belt. See if its on there kinda tight. Then do the screwdriver test or remove the belt and check them by hand like the other member stated.

Place the handle of the screwdriver in the grip of your hands and put ears on hand and listen while touching different components in the engine.

Sounds like either the AC pulley or the alternator bearings. As others have said, take the belt off and see what's what.

I had the same problem and it was the tensioner pulley. Not saying that it's definitively the problem, but that's what happened to me

Try one of these. http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...ier=70131_0_0_

It's much easier to use in the engine compartment, and you get to wear a white coat while you're doing it...
