First Race with the Cold Air
Rollin down the highway in my town and theres this shaved 95-96 with fogs in the middle lane so I f'ed-around with him for a little while switching lanes and such and jotling forward...then we got to a nice straight away and I got in the left lane next to him and it was on...I shifted into 3rd and gunned her...I slowly evened out with him since he got a jump, wound 3rd out and I slowly gained then shifted into 4th and I was gone...by the end of the race I was in 5th doin about 112 and about 2 cars lengths ahead of him. Victory for me and my new CAI >>> It helped alot top end...she was screaming

I really hate it when people say "Maxi" and "Maxi-Pad" and crap like that though. Why not just call our cars tampons or bloody rags.

 

Once he let off the gas and I knew he was done racing I just popped it into 5th...All the way down the rest of the highway I never let him get in front of me...I really wish I got him at a light cause those races up top from like 65 to 110 are all engine and like one shift...I want 0-80 so I can test my NEW Intake and my skills If I have any since the last time at the track I ran a crappy time I suck

Call it a Maxima, call it a Max. Like "Mad Max." How well would that movie title have been received if it were "Mad Maxi?" You might have rightly expected Mel Gibson to show up in a f'n pink tutu or some crap like that.

Once and for all people, STOP using euphamisms for our cars that = feminine hygiene products!

if your not masculine enough to call your car by a feminine name ... then your really off the ball with the car scene of this century im only 19 and i know that if i guy has a car he loves it should be named after a girl, and maxi is as good a name as any, so there

really???? cool, ive been alright, my 3rd gen needs breaks, i didnt lube the half-shaft seals like a moron and i think i roasted a bearing. 400 dollar mistake. anyways u think my car will still beat yours w/out nitrous ? i did some more intake mods, runs alot more conistent now.

 

 

I'm looking forward to a CAI and the more I hear about it the more I want it. Haven't heard one bad thing about it yet.
