I got the car last month and the AC/Heater would work once in a while, now it plain dosen't work, and i really need the heater to work in this cold weather, does anybody know what's the common problem when AC's and Heaters go out. and what would be the best way to fix it. By the way i have an Infiniti i30T 2000

 

Little more info would be handy. AC/Heater problems aren't very common if i'm correct.
Do the AC/Heater controls work? Can you cycle it from 65 degrees to 85 degrees no problem?

 

not at all, the ac heater just dosen't go on, it use to sometimes now it just dosen't show nothing on the display

 

Sound like it could be a fuse for the system, or you might possibly need a new AC Climate control unit.

 

probably, because i got the fuse that goes for it, under the steering wheel, but someone told me it might be the fuse under the hood, so i went to Oraily's and they told me to shop around till i find one because their hard to find, anyone know the name of that part or where online can i get it at, sorry but i'm new to this car thing haha.

 

if the Power on the AC/Heater if it don't go on at all, do you think i need to switch the relay, i finally found one in AutoZone, if it's not the relay what else can be the problem for the AC/Heater not to turn on at all
