does anybody know how to tighten up my tilt steering wheel on my 93 SE max??? keeps falling down and wheel moving all over the place

 

If the tightener lever thingy is too loose to hold the wheel, I noticed on my 240SX that you can remove the plastic housing around the steering column and on the other side of the lever is an allen head bolt held in with a spring clip to keep it from turning- the adjuster lever is just a large nut with a handle on it basically.
pull the plastic housing off the column and see if you can find that.
