Headlights and fog lights replacements

Okay, I have seen a few discussions about this and many different opinions. My question is "which replacement bulb will give me the closet look to the HID in Lexus and Mercedes cars, I mean I want the whitest light and blue look that is as close to the look you see on Lexus or BMW or Mercedes???
either get the HID kits or just get some quality bulbs.
the 3rd gen lenses are not really good. of course i can say check the archives for what people recommended in the past. PIAAs are DOT approved..but i dunno about other brands.

My opinion.
I just got Hiper Industries 9004's and they look very nice.
The light is very white and looks great.
I paid $25 delivered for them.
Also they are the high wattage ones...100/80 or something like that....they are not the regular wattage 55/65 or something. So far the harness and wiring is holding up.
