Get reading in the stickies and searching. clear lights, fixed sunroof, window motors are all easy and relatively cheap.

Tackle them one at a time, the drop and wheels can wait. Take care of the other stuff.

And just a note, there's alot more to dropping a car than you may think, Sure lowering springs work, but coilovers are really the way to go

EDIT: : thanks t-behr

I congree. Those were in no particular order.

Tbh the windows still work fine, they are just slower and have that annoying screeching sound.

I've looked into the little cheat, reset thing for the sunroof ... I can't seem to get it to work fwiw

lol "I dunno I just wanted it to seem complicated". BEfore you start modding you need to ask yourself what your end goal is. Simple fun or a competitor on the track because the answer to this will greatly affect what type of product you should buy from the start. Essentially know whether you should buy the best to avoid purchasing the same type of part twice or buy 5 years ago's best to spread your budget around to all aspects of your ride. For handling, to properly improve the handling of the max the first factor that needs to be addressed is body roll. Easiest way to solve this is upgraded coil/spring set-up over stock. Figure out your goals and go with CO's for ease and a 1 stop shop deal or fine tune with custom spring rates to suit your needs combined with high end struts for a different approach. Both have their benefits. Maintenance before mods is true but I don't think you have a blown head gasket lol, so I would say the seat motor and sunroof can wait unless you use them daily. You will always have some kind of maintenance to do on an old car so if you follow this rule to a T you will never have money to mod. A balance between modding your car to keep your interest in it up while also keeping up with maintenance issues is tough to find. GL

Well said...

I bought my coil overs because I originally was getting screwed over by a bad strut mount... I wore through tires badly and loudddd clunking just driving in a straight line..
I gutted my cats due to them clogging and ended up throwing new o2 sensors and a few foulers to rid the cel...

To the op, start with maintenance first... Worth it in the long run..
