Leather seat protector for baby carseat

for those who have kids.. what do you guys do to prevent the baby carseat from damaging the leather seat ?
Anyone use something like this or similar ?

I bought something similar to that but haven't used it yet. I hope it works to prevent dents in the leather.. I got mine at babies r us..

Read some review that under high heat this will stick to the leather. any one experiencing this ?
