Looks awesome man, I just ordered $170 worth of Zaino products, should be here tomorrow or the next day, can't wait to use them, What products did you all use..??? I also got the 6000k fog lights and 6000k bulbs from DDM Will have them installed tomorrow, looks great on your car, can't wait to see it on mine, Have you noticed any lack of visibility compared to your old 4300k HID head lights, I am hoping I won't loose too much cause the 4300k HID headlights that came with my Maxima are by far the best i have ever seen/had...

Yeah thats the only problem with Zaino, is once you use it, you don't go back! Nice job. I assume that you used Zaino PC for the polish? Or the AIO? Anyway if you want crazy shine, get the Z2, You will be blown away. Don't top it with carnuba. Just leave the Z2 as the top coat.

Anyway great job Looks fantastic

very nice, looks like my car, even the same headlights and fogs for those wondering about the 6000k headlights, at 1st they seem like they have less visibility but drive with them for an hour or 2 and you will be amazed how they surpass the stock 4300k lights and look magnificent, my buddy says my lights have a hint of blue and are so clear, and bright

All I used is 2 coats of the Z5 polish with quick detailer inbetween coats and Carnuba to seal it in!
As far as the headlights go, I find that after installing the lights in you definetly notice the 6000k Foglights as the flood the entire ground within 5 feet of the car and really light up the street, to be honest with you I can't even notice the low beams that much cause the fog lights, lol but I love them!

Funny you mention that, i did have a hard time getting the lights to turn clockwise into the housing, I had to use plyers (carefully of course) but I got them more than half way and left them like that, they are not going anywhere.
I mounted the ballasts on top of the fake fog light port, it is a perfect shelf, I used 2 strips of 3m 2 way tape and silicon glue around the edges once i got them where i wanted them!

This may be a stupid question, but I'm a noob. What brand are the lights you put in, and are they a conversion to HID, or did you just put in new bulbs in the stock set up? The "HD" part is confusing me but I'm looking for just replacement bulbs and like the color/brightness of these a lot!

Well I have the factory hid lights but the factory is only 4300k ( light color) so for the headlights I just ordered the 6000k bulbs and just replaced the bulbs , but the fog lights are all halogen so I bought a conversion kit from ddm tuning for 40 bucks and the lights are designed to fit (same size) but its pretty simple to do. Hope this helps

what did you order for low beams? ive allways got my HIDs through DDM but have had problems in the past with them turning on when i start the vehicle... i was reading over the spec on my car, and it says i have factory HIDs, so im assuming i only need to purchase the bulbs for the low beams?

I know it sounds very barbaric but you have to be very careful not to brake them!! on the back of the lights themselves they have a portion thats taped up and pretty flat, i gripped that and turned it slowly while pushing them in at the same time, you just have to be very careful not to exert too much force or you will brake the hid light. Mine are still not seated 100% but they are probably 65% and they are not going anywhere!

That is really weird that your HID bulbs are not turning on, I just purchased the 6000K D2S bulbs from DDM and just replaced the bulbs in my Low Beam housings and everything works fine. Maybe you didn't reconnect the wire to the back of the bulb properly? Not sure.

yea, it was wierd to say the least. i think the wireing was backwards from the factory. when hooked up properly they wouldnt turn on at all, but hooked them up opposite and boom! they worked fine. If i turned my lights on with the truck off, they powered up fine. If i turned the truck over to start they would shut off and power back on but everytime was diferent. Sometimes theyd turn on fine, sometimes only one would turn on, and other times neither one lol. I contacted DDM and they told me that it they wernt getting enough power to flicker on. Well my elec system in my tahoe was running on 14v so there was plenty of power! Anyway Ive had them in my wifes car and work fine, and in previous cars and they all worked too...
