Crankshaft removal engine locked up

Crankshaft removal engine locked up

Ok I have a 95 vq30de. I'm wanting to rebuild it but a main bearing is locked up like bad I can't crank engine at all I have bottom end undone I just need a bit of help on how to remove crank while engine is locked up plz and thank you

Remove the bearing caps???

Done did it still will not turn the torque converter and fly wheel r still on i have no clue how to get them off with out turning crank even then im lost how to get crank out dE

remove the timing chain off it, remove the tensioner

your going to need a puller for it, but remove everything that touched the crankshaft and even then when i rebuilt mine i still had to take a rubber mallot and hit the crank to kind of "pop" it out, but if yours is seized than thats probly what your going to have to do, give it extra encouragement to come out lol , also take the flywheel and torque converter off it will help, you might have left one of the caps on

Are the engine and trans still mated? Trying to understand the problem here.

No the engine and transmission is not mated. But I can't turn flywheel to got bolts out to remove it.
