I have attached some pictures. I bought the NEO3 as you can see in the picture but it is too small. I guess this is only for 4th gen. I thought 5th would be the same.

After reading and looking at some example photos, it seems blue is the best choice. You are going to get less hot spot compare to Cool White and Warm White.
