2002 on 20's

I have 20 inch rims on my Maxima, I have never had a problem until recently on my car and I have not adjusted the suspension, shocks or struts, I noticed a some wear sand tear on my front tires and would like to know what can be done to correct this.

Also when I make a right hand turn I feel a vibration , but when I make a left hand turn I feel nothing. Can anyone give some advice?

I would be greatly appreciated

The added unsprung weight from your oversize wheels accelerates wear and tear on your steering, suspension, and drivetrain components, especially in the front.

Take your car into a shop and have them check for anything worn. Replace the worn parts. Expect to do this on a regular basis if you're going to drive it daily. These wheels probably weigh double what the stock wheels weigh. Think of it as a fat woman wearing cheap shoes. They're not gonna last.
