As the title says, anyone know what this is for and what it goes to. I just noticed it while looking under my car..Looks like some kind of ground wire but to what?

I finally found what it is for. It is the exhaust and o2 grounding. Is it bad if its not connected, as in would it make the car run any different?

Replace with a bigger home made one......These cars love a good ground!
