Shoulder Harness-Sometimes Doesn't Work

For some reason, there are times when my driver's shoulder harness doesn't function correctly. That being, it will stay in the same position, when it should be going in the opposite direction.
What is at fault, I don't have a clue? Thanks!

Pretty sure that's covered under the lifetime warranty for safety stuff.

Thanks

I will call 1-800-NissanOne again, the other day I was told that they had no lifetime warranty on any Maxima parts.

Check the user manual that came with the car if you have it. Warranty info is in there.

Overtime the lubricant fails and the smooth motion a seatbelt should have no longer exists. Get it fixed as that is kind of important. Never taken a seatbelt out but I imagine it can be done fairly quickly at the pull-a-part
