OBX STS on ebay

I have seen an OBX short throw shifter on ebay for $50. Has anyone used this STS? Is it worth a try for $50?

I have it. It works.

Though it looks actually longer than stock, it reduces the throws noticbly. Has slight click noise when rocking left and right. Was kinda difficult to install, but got it in and everything works.

I got my about 7 months ago and I like it the only thing the ball was a little too big but when you shave the old whole and put oil on the ball of the shifter it'll be alright main thing is getting to the freakin thing

Im going to put Redline tranny oil later this week so it should make it shift even better

Pacesetter for not much more seems to be the better choice. Fits perfectly. Short throw. Shorter height. I think JCWhitney has it for the cheapest...
