I got the busted radiator blues
Not looking for help, just coming here to moan about it. Seems like it's been one thing after another lately.
Still haven't got my vent selection/heat selection woes solved.
P0430 front precat was also a hassle, couldn't get the aftermarket replacement on, then gutted the original, then started getting different O2 codes which I am still trying to work out. I think that eventually I will end up having to buy headers/y-pipe if it keeps up. At least the P0430 code is gone though
Then Tuesday I go out in the morning and find a puddle of coolant. Looks like the seal broke where the plastic and metal are joined on the top of the radiator.
It never seemed like that much broke on my 98. When I wrecked that I had 320K miles on it and the only things which ever had to be replaced were the knock sensor, clutch, starter, and alternator. Other than that it died as it was born. I think the amount of things which are breaking are indicative of Nissan trying to stick to the $20,000 price point when they moved to the 5th gen. The motor never changed, but the exhaust system got more expensive, so to keep that $20K mark and their margins intact, that money had to come from somewhere.

Well, they say things come in 3s. So hopefully, you're done with any more issues coming your way. Just got to work through those you currently have. Hope things work out for the best. Bottom line... it sucks. Been there before... it seems like as soon as one thing is taken care of, something else pops up. Good luck!
