H&R springs not out yet?

I ordered a set of H&R springs for my maxima based on the reviews I had read online they are suppose to maintain the ride quality. A day after I ordered them I received an email that was forwarded from H&R I suppose that stated that the springs are still in R&D and that if I would want to wait that I could be one of the first to have them. The part #53062 is listed all over the internet and I was able to get reviews so I assumed these were in production already. Any thoughts? Someone already have these?

I went through all this run around two years ago as I wanted the H&R's over Eibach's because they (supposedly) gave the front a bit lower drop.
H&R releases a part number for our cars but there are zero springs on the market.
Save yourself anymore inquiries and just get the Eibachs. The ride is very close to stock with much improved handling. Not to mention looking better.

I've been waiting for these too, if it's a little lower than Eibachs I think I'd switch.

I talked to two different people and dr_ you are correct. H&R releases a part number and pricing info nearly a year before they actually have a product ready to ship. I was told to expect a 4-5 month wait before a set will be shipped. Honestly if this is the way H&R operates then I don't think I want their product.

I looked into it as well, called H&R & was told more like summer time of this year. I'm very happy with my decision to get them & not wait. Car looks & handles much better.

Can you post some pics? I heard that a lower front than rear sometimes gives a "raked" look. But it's just a 0.1 inch difference right?

I thought I was gonna resist from lowering, but a mild drop would look pretty good. Anyone have scrape issues?

I agree with not waiting. For me the Eibach's are great all the way around.
It's becoming a running joke on when the H&R's are "coming out" as I was told the same thing back in 2010.

Don't let that stop you from lowering your max. I used H&R's on my other Maximas & I'm happy with the Eibach's on my 7th gen.
