I30 horn part number?

Anyone got it? Finally, a way to get away from the "farting bee" horn.

I guess they are different? Were the 95-99 I30's horn different or the newer ones. You know we have 3 horns or so.

I looked at Tai Mai Shu's horn and mine, I have a 97 GXE and he has a 98 I30. His horn is very different, physically and in sound. His sounds like a real domestic horn and mine sounds like someone stepped on a duck.

Ahh, good idea. Do we have to replace all of them?

Please keep us updated on this. I really hate my horn. It sounds horrible.

Guys, just go to Pep Boys or Auto Zone or whatever, and buy replacement horns (high tone and low tone, one is on the pass. fender, and one is in front of the radiator, behind the grille)... they make the "domestic sound" and are plug & play with the original oem horn mounts and electrical connection. Plus, the ones I got are really loud and only cost $25 for the pair. Take a wild guess how much more it would cost for Infiniti oem horns.

I'll try and get over there tomorrow afternoon, thanks for the info. There's not an Infiniti dealer here, so if Pep Boys has a good set of horns I'd rather buy that.

Right on Weasel... the ones I got are from PB and the package says "Blazer", and they say they're 132dB. I confirm that they're pretty damn loud, kinda like an Oldsmobile or big a$$ Buick. I remember them being $15 for the high and $10 for the low, might have been $20 and $15 though...

Glad I could help dude.
