95 max tickimg under hood drains battery

I've had a ticking noise under the hood with engine off since I did a motor swap. When I pull the ECCS fuse under the hood by the battery it stops. What does this fuse fully control? I've tried the relays near the interior fuse panel and no luck there. Hope to follow and figure it out. Any ideas?

ive also had a ticking noise that was coming from the iac valve, but only when i turn the car on, but after removing the iac and changing some fuses the noise is gone now.

Sounds like a clock. Sounds like its ontop of the air intake...

If I were you, I would start taking stuff off and unplugging things until it goes away. Then work from there.

Must be IACV making noise. Unplug big harness from IACV and see if it stops.

It seems like that's it. So is it bad then? Of I replace it would it just continue?

So I replaced it with a used and the ticking is even worse. Is there a relay? The fuse ECCS disables a few things and one is the iac. (It stops ticking when ECCS fuse is pulled and car also won't start.

yah i think i pulled my eccs fuse and replaced it, also pulled iac valve due to removing the intake manifold, the noise just went away.

But the fuse wasn't popped. Just a small amp fuse. Is there a separate relay?
