2002 maxima audio short no power fuse spark

Hello everyone. And this is my first post with yah guys and wanted to first say hello and Introduce myself to you I'm an owner of a 2002 maxima and wanted to say this place is amazing and truly amazing info. I'm from Ny and have and had every maxima generation. Currently own 4 nissans 2 maximas and 2 Altimas. My whole Family obviously

Anyway I'm having an issue currently that's driving me INSANE it has to do with my audio units power and fuse problems. So here's the deal

The Bose system

I am experiencing some strange issues with my radio. A while ago it stopped working and would turn on sometimes and sometimes not. Like I tapped the top of dashboard and it worked and now what's happening is its not working at all. The only way to get it to work is weird but I basically have to short it out via the Audio Fuse under the hood. I have to take out the audio fuse 15a and when I try putting it back it sparks well electric spark very minimal. And sometimes it comes back on and sometimes it doesn't. I broke the screen on the radio due to tapping and I hit it to hard and cracked the screen but still works when I do the fuse trick I know I'm an idiot that's another story In itself. But obviously they're has to be some sort of short somewhere right? Maybe something simple I hope. But don't know where to start really to look to find it. Any help is very much appreciated I hope I painted a clear picture of what's happening its a
