It will. I'm border line 96, and it might just trigger a CEL for the evap, but if you're an auto it should install without any problems man. Thanks for the question

I've been negligent on attempting this on a 5 speed, mainly because I don't want to make somebody's car malfunction due to the installation. Do you vouch by this sir Donald?

I had this exact ECU on my 3.5 5 speed, then I sold it to a member here, then I believe he sold it to someone else .etc......

It will work but with a check light on because the auto tranny is missing.
I drove the Sxxx out of it and it worked perfectly fine

BTW this is such an awesome ECU, it totally changed how the 3.5 react at high RPM because the stock 3.0 ECU just don't have enough timing advance.

I can't believe this is still for sale. This is the best priced power mod other than the y-pipe.

how the heck is this thing not sold yet? lots of people buying lots of worthless mods these days while a quality mod like this is unsold for 2 months at a good price?

and yes it will work in a 5spd, but you will have a check engine light.

Wow! That's a blast from the past. That was the test mule I worked with Technosquare on years ago. It's a VERY rare ECU. Still has my name on it.

Someone better jump on this for real.

I just shed a tear.

I'm glad you guys were able to enjoy it.

Yes Br0nz. Unfortunately it will. It will work with you flawlessly in terms of being utilized by an auto, but you'll most likely get evap (since you're a 98). I believe it will work, regardless of what year 4th gen we all have but if you use it for the track, or just to mess around, it shouldn't be a problem.
