Link didn't work for me.

If its an automatic, could be either the electronic motor mounts OR you tranny solenoids. Does it stop when you put the transmission in gear? If yes, then your solenoids.

Strange sound. Not your fuel pump, ABS motor, or tranny solenoids.

Longer vid with more details wold be better.

Yes, strange noise. Need more details please. Does the car start OK? Does it make the noise as soon as you turn the ignition key on? Unplug the motor mounts and see if that changes anything.

Sounds similar to the video I posted a while back. For me, it is the abs module and it happens everytime the key is turned to on.

If the car has an auto trans, you have electric motor mounts that have a small electric motor on them. Manual trans cars don't have them.

Holy cow. Finally got the video to work. That is definitely NOT the motor mounts or solenoids. So, it does it with ign "on" (engine not running), starting car, engine running, and shutting off. Not too much that runs without the engine.

can you get better sound somehow? Based on the sound in the video all I can tell is that Predator is probably in your garage somewhere.

My first thought would be ABS motor though

Perhaps its the sound of your IACV ? It can make a buzzing/ticking noise a few seconds after the engine shuts off.
