Sunroof reset and tire pressure light on

Long story short my service engine light was on because I left my gas cap not tightly shut so I disconnected my battery to make the service engine soon engine go away. In doing that my sunroof isn't closing or opening automatically anymore, any tips on how to get it back to automatic shut/open?

Also, I got new rims about a month back and the tire pressure light has been on ever since. I'm just one of those people that can't have lights on my dash. All my tires are inflated and aren't flat or going flat, they're brand new tires and rims. Any idea on how to either clear TPS light? Or at least make them read the new sensors correctly on my new rims?

Hold the moonroof button for more than 10 seconds. Should reset.
Not sure about the TPMS.

Tpms

I worked at Goodyear tires for quite some time.... The TPMS has to be programed to the car if they were never used on the car

That's correct, that's what they had to do with mine.
