Went to get in my car this morning, I live in Chicago so its pretty frigid. I opened the door, sat in the car, the door wouldn't shut. After trying to shut it five or six times, a little harder each time, it finally closed. NOW, I can't open the door from the inside OR the outside. Has this ever happened to anyone else? If so, what is the fix? Thanks
