95 maxima code 14 on check engine light

Got a code 14 today as I checked my ecu. Engine has high idle when coming to a stop or in park. Its around 8 or 900 then will settle down to about 7. Sometimes acts like it wants to die at around 400 rpms. What does this code mean? How can i fix it?

No such code as 14. It blinks a series of short and long blinks followed by a pause.
Example: 3 short followed by 9 long is code 0309.

Try to pull the code(s) again and post back.

Thanks man, I thought it was something fuel related, I did notice the speedometer not moving at all for a little while, then it kicked in. Oh well gotta take the cluster apart.

I dont know because I just replaced the speedometer with one from an se, My original one never gave me problems, So im thinking its the cluster. Correct me if im wrong. If it is the part on the transmission do I pull the whole speed sensor gear out or just the top plug part?? That whole thing seems impossible to remove.

Pull the cluster back out - make sure all the screws are tightened.
