Couldn't find this anywhere (Bose problem)
If there is no power to the speaker, then the channel in the head unit is not the problem. Since all speakers get power from the same fuse, it is not a fuse.
If 12 volts is not on the red wire at the speaker (pin 5), then it is a wiring problem.
Check wire continuity from the audio amp relay to the speaker connector. The relay is located on the passenger side of the car, behind the kick panel that is in front of the door.

Yeah I was going to tell him to whip out the multimeter and start tracing wires looking for bad grounds, or shorts on the positive wires. But you beat me to it Denis

may be a bad wire connection at the HU
... you could run a wire from the other front speaker (from behind the HU of course) and get it working like that, you just will not have the balance option (L/R) for the front speakers.
