Maxima QX starting problem

Hello guys,
I am solving starting problem with my Maxima QX, 3.0 V6 AT. Most of the time it doesn't start. I recorded video:
Sometimes starts with problems:
Sometimes starts at first time:
I thought it is reliable on surrounding temperature, but isn't. I suppose, when the engine is heated up, it starts. I checked and cleaned batery terminals, grounding and CPS.
Does anybody has the same problem? Please help me with some advice.
Thank you.
John

One thing I noticed is that the engine is cranking faster in video # 2 than in video # 1. This could be a battery problem or it could be a starter problem.

In winter areas where the air temperature is around freezing, a bad ECTS (Engine coolant temperature Sensor) can cause this. Hard to start when the engine is cold and the car starts ok when warm is a symptom of the ECTS. If you can get someone to connect an OBD code reader to the car, check the engine temperature reading when the engine is cold. The temperature reading should be the same as the air temperature.

Third video shows a correct start with cold engine temp, (see temp gauge) that should rule out the ECTS.
Have the vehicle scanned for any pending error codes.
