Does anyone have a diagram or can tell me How the switch is wired on the interior dome light? I installed some l.e.d. light strips in my car and would like to hook them up to that switch so they will come on when opening the door or the other option I thought is pretty cool for a 95 maxima is that I can turn that light on or of from my keyless remote. Again It's a 95 maxima. Thank you.

 

It is a fairly simple circuit. One side of the light is wired to 12 volts via fuse # 26. The other side is connected to ground by the BCM when the lamp is to be lit up.

The wire that gets grounded to light the lamp is a red with white stripe. It runs up the the dome light in the left side windshield pillar. You will see 2 connectors in there. The wire you want is in the bigger (8 wire) connector.
