Cat Converter on 2000 Max same as 2000 I30T?

The question is if I removed a cat from a 00 Maxima would it fit my 00 I30t? The cat i am referring to is the very last cat on the exhaust (small standalone cat). Thanks

So long as both vehicles in question are the same (Cali or Fed spec) yes.

If you're referring to the main cat, it’s the same for 95-03.

ok. Thanks. By the way I did find a universal cat (main cat as previously mentioned) does anyone have any feedback on these? It is inexpensive and just need something to get me by. Nothing fancy. THoughts?

Should be fine. Jsut make sure it's 12" and fits your car. Link? The flange angle is specific to a lot of Nissan vehicles.
