Tried getting 2 tires replaced under warranty...
My back 2 tires about 1 month ago were found to be out of round. Dealer told me to go to Firestone/Bridgestone dealer and have them replace it. I did this, service manager checked them out, and said they had 2 identical flat spots on them. Only on the rear. He said, well somehow you got flat spots on the rear by either pulling the e-brake or doing burn outs with the ebrake on. I am like I haven't done that at all (I lied, I did it at the track a few times, but it shouldn't be enough to make them 50lb out of round). Anyways, he said he would not warranty them because he said I had a rear sway bar on the rear of the car. I was like BS, that would not cause the tires to have problems. Well it voids your warranty on my tires?! lol we had it out, and lets just say I walked out ****ed off. Oh well, was worth a try.

My roomate was having problems with his front end on his 4X4 and he paid Firestone 600 dollars to fix it. They did a ****ty job and his tires continued to have uneven wear on the insides. Although part of the damage was preexisting, when he called Firestone's 800 number and *****ed, they ordered him a new set of BFG off road tires.

Russ, so you are saying that if you managed to get the tires replaced, you are willing to spend one more year with them even though they might cost you your life. Am I correct?
