When i give the car light gas, it feels kind of sluggish. Ive noticed this problem getting worse over the years. Could it be something needs cleaning, my throttle body maybe, or will that meak now difference at all. Or maybe my intake or fuel filter. It also seems as if my gas mileage has gotten worse.

 

Oh, i also use 89 octane. Could that be causing this?

 

do everything u said above and updrage to 91+ octane

 

Have you kept up with regular maintenence and service?

If you push the gas farther, you'll go faster.

Maybe your ankle has just gotten weaker.
