Upper Oil pan cover 3.5 swap broken a little

Should I replace this ? Looks like I dont need to.

As long as the seal is on the inside of the triangle and not the part closest to the missing chunk you are fine

It is as you describe. I did not replace the part. I just put extra rtv on the entire triangle. Extra on the inside triangle. And for good measure I put some RTV on the little broken piece.
