Has anyone every added the Sport Tech Package to a 7th gen

So I just got my car and it has everything that I wanted except for the Sport Tech package. Has anyone added this to a factory non navigation car? Does it just plug and play? I honestly could careless about the navigation, my main reason for wanting to do this is for streaming audio via Bluetooth. I hate that I have to have wires hanging out of my console for me to listen to music off of my iPhone and would like to keep the factory look of the car without having a double din hanging out lower in the console.

Typically the non-nav vs nav-equipped cars have completely different wire harnesses.

Highly doubt it's plug and play...unless Nissan changed their wiring approach.

As far as I know, it is not plug & play.
