13 maxima weird sound

13 maxima weird sound
Hello everyone,
I was wondering when I cruising at 40 or 50 mph and rpm is like 1100, sometimes it makes weird sound like when we do ff and rew for tape and rpm will increase 100 to 200. after i push some gas that sound will gone.
Does anyone know whats wrong with my maxima?
