I had a front strut bar on my last max (94) and I didnt really notice a difference in performance. How are they on a 4th gen. Can you tell it helped. I'm debating because of the results on my last max.

 

It firms the body up a bit. You can feel it.

 

For me, it didn't do much...the overall outcome was minimal because my car is lowered and has wide rims 18X8 and sticky low profile tires, so the handling is awesome to begin with. If your car is stock, I beleive it should add some significant improvement by getting rid of some chassis flex under hard cornering.

I felt a very big difference on tight turns when I had stock suspension. I dont think it helps that much now since I changes suspension.

 

I noticed a big difference in straight line performance over rough roads. The car doesn't feel sloppy anymore.
