Does anyone know anything about this product

This looks like a cool setup if i understand it which i probably dont. could someone who knows a little more explain this to me, and tell me why the price is low and no one is bidding.

because its a pyle....think sparkomatic, roadmaster, or kraco (same type of things) I would pass, Charles
