Dashboard lights/symbols/all lit up all the time. Speedometer not working.

Hi;

My 2013 Maxima:

The dashboard lights and all symbols lit up all the time. Speedometer not working. They do go off when car turned off. Happens with either key fob.

Car seems to be running fine.

I did have my winter tires removed and all seasons put on.

P0500 code did come up and I deleted it with OBD.

Not sure if this has been experienced by others? Electrical?

Any suggestions as to way to diagnose would be appreciated!

Thank you.

Why try and diagnose it yourself. You are still under warranty. I would just give it to the dealership to fix. More than likely the entire cluster will have to be replaced.

Thank you for response.

Thank you.

I bought the car used and there may be no warranty. Was bought from a dealership but probably short term warranty.
Will check though.

I think his point was that being your car is a 2013 model, depending on the number of miles on your car, it's still under the manufacturer's warranty, which would be in force whether you're the first owner or not. The "as-is" stickers on used car lots only means the used car lot isn't offering you any warranty. The mfr's warranty is still good until you hit its limit (3yr/36K?...it's been a while since I bought a new Nissan).

Good luck!
