Seat Memory Settings Lost (Again)

I continually loose the seat memory settings on my Platinum.

Who else does this happen to?

There's currently a thread that's covering this situation. You should check it out if you haven't already. But it's happening to me in mines

Seat Memory Lost

Keep loosing memory to seats. Dealership has other complaints . No solution as of 11/01/2015. Can someone give link to other thread discussing this.

I too regularly loose memory. Going to the dealer tomorrow. In my case programmed buttons 1 and 2 and I get the sense they do nothing. I've yet to see the seats adjust after being moved by selecting either one. Seems like an insanely simple feature that worked on previous models.

Seat Memory

We have a 2016 Maxima Plat.

Here is what is working for us

1. Start vehicle
2. Make sure Key Linked Settings is on
3. Position seats,mirrors,steering,etc
4. Press set then number
5. Hit unlock button on FOB---hold for a few seconds---this pairs setting with FOB
6. Your done
7. Turn vehicle off

8. Before entering or starting vehicle to leave---hit the unlock button on FOB
9. Vehicle recognizes FOB entering

My Maxima is going into the shop today to fix the seat memory issue. Already had the moon roof issue fixed.

I've had my '16 Maxima for a little over a year now and my seat memory never worked right until I had them replace the module with the new part: 28565-4RA0B - Control Assy Power Seat. Now it hasn't failed in 6 weeks. Be sure they install the new part and you should be fine. The original part number was the same, except it had an "A" on the end instead of a "B".

Sorry to hear of your issues. My memory seat has worked as advertised for the 8 months we have had the car.
