Nissan Connect Services

Just purchased a storm blue Maxima SV and I love the car, it's truly everything I was looking for from a full size sedan.

My question is about Nissan Connect Services. The salesman that sold me the car told me that I could connect to the car through my smart phone remotely to lock/unlock/start the car etc. I found the service is offered by Nissan Connect Services (NCS), not Nissan Connect, and from what I've since read NCS only came on the Platinum models.

Is this correct and my salesman was misinformed?

Yes.... I found that out the hard way too. I chatted with a Nissan rep and its only on the platinum. Sucks I know.......
