I am looking for opinions and people's personal experience with a Clear Bra (or similar product) for protection of the front bumper and perhaps the hood of your car. I do a lot of highway driving and end up with, over the course of time, quite a few rock dings and paint chips on the front end. The headlights also get marks in them.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

 

Your best bet will be going to a local professional to get your bra installed. If you drive a lot it's a great addition. There isn't that many options honestly, unless you want to buy that big black bra for the cars and that isn't protecting your hood any.

I've seen it where people get the WHOLE front half of the car done... Bumper, both fenders and enter hood.

Suntek, XPel and 3m are the top 3 brands when it comes to paint protection film. The first two is expensive yet offers self healing property.

 

You might wanna have a look at Lamin-x also.

If I'm not mistaken they make some clear front end protective films as well.

 

I have used the 3M PPF (Paint protection film). It definitely gets the work done and it protects from any sand blasting (dust storms) which I face on a regular basis on the highways in the Middle East. So typically, they apply the PPF on the bumper, lights, fog lamps, front half of the bonnet, front pillars, wheel arches that stick out (front and sometimes at the back), outer side view mirrors and the insides of the door handles.
