Changed my Platinum Shift ****

So I decided I would change my shift ****, from the standard black that came with my platinum, to the woodgrain finish look. Fairly cheap and very easy mod, paid around 100 bucks. Like this look much more over the black.

Nice!

That switch is not very far down my list of changes. I will phone ahead a week or two before my first service visit and make sure they have the new **** on hand. Matches the Platinum interior trim very well.

One detail - The lower leather sheath in the photo with the old **** does not come up to snugly meet the bottom of the **** as the sheath in the photo with the new **** does. Had you already begun removing the old **** before you took the photo?

Haha yup. Good observation. I had just pulled the sheath down when I remembered that I wanted to take a before and after photo...lol.
