Reflash Tuner on Amazon

Found this the other night while searching for tuning software.. kinda reminds me of the L-spec guys... anybody get a tune from them or know about them?

Says they can tune 02-03 max in the comments.

Amazon.com: Nissan 2003 2004 2005 2006-2014 350z Altima Maxima G35 Sentra Ecu Reflash Service More Power: Cell Phones & Accessories Amazon.com: Nissan 2003 2004 2005 2006-2014 350z Altima Maxima G35 Sentra Ecu Reflash Service More Power: Cell Phones & Accessories

"We can now reflash ALL 2002-2006 Nissan / Infiniti ECUS And are currently offering this service at a very affordable price. We like to do what other people say cannot be done. **This requires you to send your ecu in for servicing.** "

Thoughts?

A link to check it out ourselves would be helpful.

It looks interesting. I might contact them and see if I can talk to someone there.

I'd like to know if it works well with an existing AFC tune.
If it can speed up the delayed pedal response on the drive by wire throttle.
If it can allow the throttle to open closer to 100% at high RPM.

EDIT:
I just dug a little deeper and it seems like there may be some issues.

In the feedback on another sold product it says the guys name is Jason Diekman. From that I found Emance tuning. Google both of those and there seem to be a lot of complaints about this guy from a lot of different sources. Forums, Facebook, etc.... He's been around at least 12 years but is brand new on Amazon and already has two negative feedbacks.

If this is the same guy he's probably someone to stay away from. At the very least it requires a lot more research before sending money and an expensive ECU.

Agreed. Damn I was hoping this would be more like the TS reflash, but if this guy has a questionable past, no way I'd risk it without a ton more research.

There's a few 02-03 ECUs on ebay w/AT like mine for 49 bucks... the money's not that big of a deal, especially if it works out... might give it a shot with that one and keep mine just in case it's no good. I'm going to ask him some questions about Afrs, rev limit, timing and so forth, and see what he says he can and can't do.

Be careful looking for a computer.

There are 12 different computers for the 2002 based on the production date and tranny type.

There are at least three computers for the 2003 based on MT, auto w/traction and auto w/out reaction. There may be more to the 03 but I'm not sure. Others here will know though. Maybe post a new thread.

Hmmmm...5th gen?

Pretty sure you'll need to reprogram your keys if you're using another ECU

Actually after checking, you are both right- there are at least 3 different auto ECUs. It would not be worth the time and effort to get everything figured out, and it still possibly not be useable.

I'd love to see some comments on actual 5th gen that he has done.. I'm going to keep watching it and check back. If he can't do what he claims or won't back up CS, then he won't be at Amazon for long, and there will be my answer.
