Closest 12v Switched wire by front dash

Looking to hard wire install a Valentine One and a dash cam in my 2017 Maxima SR. Any ideas on the best and easiest place to look to do so?

Do you know about Valentine1's Savvy accessory? Besides muting the V1 at low speeds where you won't get a ticket, it will power the V1 through the OBDII port.

Otherwise, run the wire from the V1 by tucking it behind the headliner, down and behind the A pillar, and to the fuse box. Get power using this:

Just don't use a fuse that has constant power, only one that energizes when the car is running.

Tap into the mirror. Look at a blend mount.

They have very good mounts and wire taps. I tapped right into the back of my mirror for radar detector power. Easy!

I used Blendmount as well for my Valentine1. I got the wiretaps and the rearview mount. I love the look being close to the mirror and how easy it was to install.
