P0141, p0155, p0161, p0154 all at once???

Hi there!

It's been awhile since I've been back on the org (kinda miss it). Thanks in advance for any advice!

Has anyone else run into a similar problem of 4 codes related to O2 sensors all at once? I've read on many forums that it could be a fuse issue, but I checked almost every fuse inside the cabin and in the engine bay and cannot find a fuse that says heater, or anything related to O2 sensor. I'm about an average car maintenance person, so the fact that I cant find a fuse is embarrassing. Can someone point me to which one it is exactly?

Also open to other solutions on how to fix before I replace all O2 sensors.

FYI, I recently changed my battery, that's the only thing I could possibly think of that might affect it

P0141 Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0155 Circuit Malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0161 Circuit Malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0154 Sensor CKT No Activity Bank 2 Sensor 1

You haven't told us what year/engine is your car .... so, I'll assume it's 5-Gen/3.0L, like mine.

Something is definitely wrong with your bank2/front O2 sensors - both Front and Rear - and/or with the associated circuitry. This includes fuse #8 in the the Fuse Block (in-cabin box, on lower driver side). It's a 15A fuse, located in the top row, a bit to the right off the middle. I would also check the connectors - both those mounted up front on the engine block and those connecting to the fuse box.

If you don't want to blindly replace sensors, get your multi-meter out and follow the diagnostic procedures in the FSM (starting on pg. EC-262).
