99 Max 5 speed no start/no crank

Hey y'all new to the forum, traded my old car for the 98 maxima i have now and am trying to get options on what to look at to pinpoint my no start/no crank issue on my 98 maxima se 5 speed, was involved in minor accident but no major damage done to car never died, car was running fine three days ago after that but now it wont start, the only code i have so far is misfire in cyl #4 but i fixed that it was a bad coil pack for that plug, after that i replaced the fuel pump because it would work and then it wouldnt, did the tap on fuel pump method and that got the pump workin but still nothing when starting, all fuses look good relays seem to be working correctly, cam and crank sensors are really dirty on outside but have been working perfectly with no problems so not sure there. Anyone have any ideas or advice on where to look or what else i can check for please let me know, this is the only vehicle i have right now and i need it running again.

So the starter doesn't even engage? Do you hear a 'click' when turning the key, or just no sound?

Is your alarm light on? Was it on before this incident. ?

The 1999 cars have a special "feature" which prevents starting. Replacing parts won't help.
The alarm might need to be reset professionally.

The starter is brand new im in the process of fixing my flywheel i just got my trans out today and ive found out that i need a new or used flywheel ill post pictures of what i found tomorrow if possible and in the process of all that, I think I found the culprit of my no start/ no crank issue, Also, the failsafe that nissan put on there maximas where when the alarm shuts down power to the starter has been bypassed that feature of the alarm no longer affects my starter or anything else for that matter.

You have a 1998, so don't worry about the "feature that JvG mentioned. Besides, the engine would still crank over if you had a 99.

No cranking has nothing to do with camshaft or crankshaft sensors of fuel pumps. They could be laying on the floor and the engine will still crank.

What will prevent the engine from cranking is the ignition switch, the clutch pedal interlock switch, the car's burglar alarm, the battery and the starter.

But hopefully you figured it out.

I had this issue and it turned out to be the negative battery cable ground. Followed it to the engine block and surprise. Good luck.

Well i figured out the no start/ no crank y'all my flywheel ring gear seperated from the solid aluminium center and got stuck at an angle and ended up breaking my CKP (POS) sensor in half ill try to post pics as soon as possible.

But now im stuck trying to find complete used flywheel assembly for my car but i dont know if i can use the flywheel out of a VQ35DE in my VQ30DE any help or advice greatly appreciated.

the VQ30 and VQ35 flywheels have different part numbers, so there is something different, but I don't know what it is.
