Help Identifying Transmission

04 SL 4SPD No tiptranic Code p0744

Just got a 2004 Maxima, at this moment it as a lot of problems, but the most important one is the fact that when I'm driving the car it doesn't shift gears until it reaches 3000 RPM, once it does it feels/looks as if it skips 2nd gear, and goes into 3rd, and doesn't even shift into 4th no matter how fast I'm going...

I have a feeling it's a transmission solenoid problem, but I can't seem to tell if it's one of the older Transmission used in the 03 maxima (RE4F04B) or (AW55-50SN)

above is the older 03 transmission solenoid pack
below is solenoid for the new transmission
my problem is, I don't know what solenoid to buy because I don't know what transmission is on the car, Need help

There is a plate on the firewall under the hood with the transmission model number. I don't think the 04 had the AW55-50SN option.

If yours is 2004 SL 4-speed, then it's RE4F04B. For 5-speed it's RE5F22A (AW55-50SN).

Thanks a lot guys, didn't see it on the firewall, but I did check for the color code for the car on the door sticker, and saw that the Transmission was listed as RE4F04B, solenoid pack on the right should work..., hope it fixes my p0744 code
