Haunted radio PLEASE HELP !

Hello, guys, I am new to this forum today I bought a used 06 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SL for 3k. When I drove off the lot I turned the radio on to listen to some tunes and shortly after the radio changed by itself then every 2-5 seconds it would which channels non stop. I stopped to gas up and noticed some CDs in the back seat, so I tried the CD but the radio would switch to FM/AM change channels, and then switch to CD again by its self. I got home and started to research why. I read that it could be a switch on the steering wheel that is stuck or dirty, so I checked it out and found out that nun of the buttons on the steering wheel worked, the SRS light is on, and to top it off something won't stop talking to me in Spanish from the rearview mirror. PLEASE, SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!! I'm tired of hearing this Spanish lady speaking to me and the radio changing every 2 seconds.

UPDATE !!!!

found out it’s not haunted but it has something to do with the steering wheel. When ever I turn the wheel in any direction the radio changes, turns off, turns on and just watever it pleases can anyone assist me with my sistuation ?

This is funny. The car has been and will always be, a complete piece of s hit. The system is made by the most mocked brand in the world among hifi enthusiasts, BOSE. Give up man.
