Ground Control Sleeve Assembly Instructions?

A few years back I bought a BNIB set of Tokico Illuminas from a fellow member.

As part of a "package deal" I also bought a well used set of Ground Control coil over sleeves.

Since that time and as I get the urge, I've been replacing pieces and essentially "restoring" the sleeve set.

I've got everything replaced and now have darn nice set of coil over sleeves to mate up to the Tokicos.

The only thing I don't have however, are the assembly instructions that would have come with the set if purchased new.

I've been in contact with Donovan Kelly at Ground Control and he's been exceedingly helpful and responsive but I still don't seem to be able to get the instructions and with a couple, if not a few little pieces the assembly of which isn't quite in-your-face, I'm wanting to ensure these things are assembled absolutely correctly.

If any of you guys have a copy of the Ground Control instructions and would be willing to provide me with a copy, I'd certainly be willing to pay you for them.

Thanks in advance ...

Do you mind posting some pictures of the parts you already have? Are you having trouble with the front, rear or both? Do your sleeves fit onto the struts?

I can dig up some pictures of my old setup which may help.
