Hard to say because the picture lacks definition, but my vote is no, not SE wheels. Can't see the line down the middle of each spoke, the spokes don't appear to widen as they approach the center of the wheel, and the spoke seems to extend to the edge of the rim, whereas SE wheels the spoke stops prior to the lip.
