Judging by the way the light is highlighting the center cap, I'd say it's not stock. It looks like the middle of the wheel is raised.

Looks like standard 97-99SE 16" wheels to me...perhaps with a new center cap (I have a different center cap on mine)...Look at my sig picture

Hard to say because the picture lacks definition, but my vote is no, not SE wheels. Can't see the line down the middle of each spoke, the spokes don't appear to widen as they approach the center of the wheel, and the spoke seems to extend to the edge of the rim, whereas SE wheels the spoke stops prior to the lip.

Looks like this OEm wheel to me or the one from the 2000.
