99 Maxima - Acceleration/Deceleration - Not sure what to call it

I just purchased a 99 Nissan Maxima. 164k miles. Runs strong. Replaced a 02 sensor and the knock sensor. The CEL was showing both. It needed a alignment. I also gave it a oil (followed the thread on here) change.

I have had this car for a week now. It did this before and after replacing parts and alignment.

Speeding up to 10 - 90 mph. When I let up off of the gas pedal. I feel as though the motor is moving. Not sure how to describe. Then when I step on gas pedal, it does the same thing.

Like a rocking motion.

When I set the cruise at any of those speeds and cancel the cruise. It doesn't do it. ONLY when I let up on the gas pedal. It is just a awkward feeling.
