Another Brake Issue. Pass Frt squeak, squeak, squeaks!

I just replaced all for rotors & pads on my 2014 Max.
Since then, the passenger side front wheel has a squeak, squeak, squeak. Applying the brakes does not make it go away. You hear it most at low speeds, but it's always there.
I've taken the wheel, caliper & torque mount off three times to find the squeak, unsuccessful.
I do not think that the bearing/hub is screwed up but???
Any encouraging suggestions/experience for me?

Swap the discs and see if the noise changes sides is the only thing i can think of. I did get a bit oversize rotor on a different car that would chirp a bit before i replaced it.

Swapping the discs is an absolute way to diagnose if it's the disc, or not.
I have to do that!
Right now, I'm beginning to believe that it may well be the bearing-hub assembly but, 1st, I'll swap the discs as a way to pinpoint the cause...

Sometimes a micro crack in the pad material will make the squeaking you are getting. Remove the pads on that wheel and have a close look.

Squeaks arent "normally" asaociated with bearings "more of a roar or whine." Still it is possible, but tye timing is a bit suspect. Alao, use a torque wrench. It is easy to over torque snd warp discs.

The squeak, squeak continues, but the whine/rumble is beginning. So the hub bearing is becoming more suspect.
I'll probably begin another thread on "how tough is it to remove the torqued axle nut & what's it take to separate the bearing from the axle on this gen maxima?".

Well, I cured the squeak & the rumble. It was just a bent up pad clip that was rubbing on the disc.
My stupid(to not have identified it sooner), & I'm the one who bent it!!!
Just another lesson in dyi humidity.

I am glad you found it! Believe me, we have all had our "humility" handed to us over the years!
